Approval of Minutes

·         There was a motion and a second to approve the minutes from November 19th and January 7th as written. Approved.

Bond Update

Presenter: Moller

·         At the last Board meeting, the Board approved to submit a bond measure for the May election.

·         If you log into MyClackamas there is a link there that will take you to all the information about the bond.

·         There are some rules regarding this bond. For example, you can’t advocate for the bond on College time or use any College equipment. For more information on do’s and don’ts, check the website.

·         There will be a lot of information coming out soon on the website.

Academic Integrity

Presenter: Gray

·         If you’re interested in being a volunteer to work on updating our academic integrity statement, please contact Kate.

ASG

·         Blood drive on 1/26 & 1/27.

Full-Time Faculty

·         There will be support from the full-time faculty association for the bond.

Exempt

·         There has been a lot of involvement with getting the bond going.

CLC

·         Monday is a book discussion of classroom techniques. This discussion is being led by Brenda Inglis Marks.
